Photographing Rome, Italy

In September 2013, after my three-week trip around Turkey, I got to visit Rome with my friend Nic. This was my second visit to the Italian capital, after visiting in May 2007 during my first trip to Europe.

Rome has become one of my favourite cities, and I always talk about the city with glee, whether it’s the food, the wine bars, the plenty of things to do, or simply the history which fills the air, a visit to Rome will never disappoint!

Here is a collection of photos I took during that trip in September 2013.

    1. It is a beautiful city Frank, you should make the trip there! It will always be busy… These photos are from September, and my last trip was in March and there were just as many tourists (can’t even imagine how busy the city must be in the summer high season!), but with so much to do, delicious food and great wine bars, it’s worth braving the crowds 🙂
